Nypmhs and Angels? https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=3764.msg35399#msg35399

I don't spend a lot of time here, so I'm not sure if this has been posted yet but I was thinking about this idea after while playing against a FG with my rainbow I ended up with a red nymph(used rewind on it) and a mutant with heal.  So, I built it in the trainer and it seems to work pretty well against AI3 at least.  I haven't tried it extensively, but it's something different than what I have used in the past so I thought I would post it.

Also not sure about the balance between towers/creatures, but it's a rough sketch if nothing else!

The concept of rage elixir/archangel has been done before: http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,1474.0.html

But it probably does work better with nymphs. Too bad the nymphs are so hard to get :).

Alright, I figured this idea couldn't be all that novel but thought it might be worth posting anyway.

I forgot to mention in the OP that I realize it's not feasible with nymphs being nearly impossible to come by, but at some point there will probably be a way to do it.  I did want to get some input about the upped vs. un-upped nymphs though.  I was going with un-upped on the pretense that I might end up in a scenario with two nymphs and only one angel, and having them un-upped would allow me to give my angel +10 that turn.  Do people think that is too situational, or is the extra +1(-1) for each upped nymph worth it in the long run?

After playing a bit more, I really like this.  Both creatures are too large for Otys to eat, even with momentum.  My healing covers RoF from being a real threat too.  Ice/fire lances are problematic, drain life much less so, as are stall tactics (turtle shield, congeal).

Thanks for the input though, Puppy.  For now I'll just mess around with this in the trainer and dream of nymphs (although I was lucky enough to get one Gravity Nymph from the Oracle one time!)

Unupped Nymphs would be better in this deck. With upped nymphs you would have to wait a turn to use the ability again, which slows the deck down considerably.
