pretty effective vs PvP1 and ai3, but i havent tested it enough...
strategy is simple, play pillars and pends, play dragonflies, fractal them, play dragons, fractal them, win. pretty fast cos of the unpredictable damage concept, 1 turn, 7 flies and 1 dragon, next, 7 flies, 5 dragons. the damage gain is very high cos of this but that means it requires a lot of quanta. thats where the fractal flies comes in.
if you want to mod it, you could add a couple blitzes for faster damage or OE for CC...

Me likes. Except I would trade out less than half of the pends for pillars? Can't say for sure, never tried it. quanta demand seems larger than demand.

Not a rush, no defense and too much ... hm, it's a stallbreaker but do you really want to lose to rushes 90% of the time? 2 Fogs and 2 OE's would be neat, but we all know Dims fit perfectly too. Fogs and Lightnings would be effective too.

the air quanta really is high enough surprisingly, by the time you can fractal a deagon, you have 20+ air quanta to do so.

hmm excess aether quanta.... id probably go lightnings and fogs over dims. mainly because i dont want too many cards but i have to have that if i want 6 dims in... unless i could change it some way

I don't know about the quanta balance of this deck, but switching two pendulums to fogs would look good to me. If you want Lightning for strong CC, you would at least need 3-4 of them to do it effectively... I wouldn't take them in. Or I would turn this deck completely around, with somewhat 6 lightning and 2-4 shockwaves or owls eyes.
