This should be considered a trio, but I blundered, and I don't know how to move threads.  :(

Version 1

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i9 5ig 5ig 5ig 5ii 5ii 5ii 5ii 5ii 5jm 5jm 5jm 5jm 5on 5on 5on 5on 5on 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 8po

The idea is to use Nymph's tears to make Blue Nymphs, or to Nymph Queens, build up on the unstable gas, while having steam machine pound the enemy. Once it sets up, this deck annihilates, and even with shields, the unstable gas can still give quite a beating. The steam machines can take a few blows of gas, the Nymph's can't. I don't plan on quinting them, and I don't plan making a rainbow version anytime soon (if it's even possible  ?_?). At least not anytime soon.  :D

Version 2

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i9 5ii 5ii 5ii 5ii 5ii 5jm 5jm 5jm 5jm 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5om 5om 5om 5om 5on 5on 5on 5pu 5pu 5pu 5pu 8po

This one skips the nymphs and heads straight for the unstable gas. Air quanta is a bit stressed, I think, but I don't know what else to get rid of for fixing that.  :'(
But yeah, same idea, pound with steam machines, throw some gas into the mix, should be quick enough, yeah?

Mmm, this one is working out surprisingly well somehow! I mean, Earthquakes/Steals/Devourers completely ruin me, but this is REALLY fast when it picks us the pace.

I may as well make this an open question, how does one go about moving a thread in its proper place?

No need.  Because you're only using Water and Air cards, this is classified as a Duo.  Quanta produced/consumed by the deck is not included when classifying a deck for posting purposes.

In the future, if you do need a thread moved then you may click the Report to Moderator button beneath your post and explain that you need the thread moved to its proper section.

For the first deck, use an air mark, and change the air pendulums to fire pillars or something.

I'm...gonna pretend I didn't see that. Not to mention I specifically wanted these exact elements together. Originally, I wanted to exploit a synergy with freeze/shockwave for instant kills for CC, but then I noticed the potential for this being a fast acting rush. But I noticed also that this rush (without the air cards) were prone to death/entropy decks, especially prone to bonewall. Thus I added the unstable gas, these decks usually lack healing, so letting five gasses for unchecked would still win me the game.

Final version, no more changes:

I've finally figured out a quanta balance, you're just gonna be super-prone to Earthquake/Quicksand quanta control, as well as Black Holes.
I decided that the nymphs were way too fragile for this kind of rush. If anybody wants to improve the nymphs version without adding any fire cards, please do so. But yeah, this even beats Death/Entropy Bonewall stalls because those decks usually don't pick up with my kind of CC, and the unstable gas, though usually powering the opponents bonewalls, will inevitably kill them, so usually (unless if you don't get your shield out early enough, that's just bad luck) you win with stuff that ignores shields.
