i think the ones needed to be upped are the nightmares because you rely on your mark for quanta..

the rest, unupped, will just be a bit slower..

the least possible unupped mod i see is that the GotP might work unupped..

The whole deck can work unupped, i have one in my ghostmare thread that works fine.
