Although it relies more heavily on physical damage than a normal speed poison, it's still counted right? Well, anyway, this is one of the few AI3 rush decks that requires thinking  . Calculate your water and death quanta before spending. And now for some stats:

I think you should just go with 6 poisons for the Recluses, Physalia takes up a lot of death cost. The traditional speed poison needed 10-12 towers to deal with poisons and physalia cost, Recluses and Physalia have to be even more, and you're using pendulums. Abyss Crawlers are okay though, because you get the plus 1 boost from the pendulum.
