(grey cards are FIRE PENDULUMS)

I am sorry that I don't have a spiffy deck name or anything. :(

This is something that I have been trying since pendulums were released.   It is flexible and features a lot of creature and permanent control.  I have been playing it in non-upgraded pvp and t-50.  Works well in t-50 except against fully upgraded speed rainbows and the like (lava golems and shriekers make me cry). PVP 1, however, is where I believe this deck belongs.  I haven't lost a random pvp encounter, but I am not sure if I have gone against high quality opponents.  I am going to try it out when the beginner's pvp league is back up again.

I personally like the way that fire and aether mesh together.  Deflags provide cheap permanent control while Lightning has cheap creature control. Lobotomizer, Fire shield, and ROF add a little specialized creature control (mutants, ROL/hope decks, Immortals). Dimensional shields are good to stall or keep yourself out of a sticky situation.  Finally the "muscle" of the deck are the immortal fire spirits (hmmm.... immortal spirt deck? bah, sounds corny).

A big drawback to this deck is the chance that you may have to wait to get monsters.  With fire spirits, the later that you draw them, the less effective they are.  So that pretty much sucks.

So tell me what you think?

Very newly edited after almost its one month bithday!
Before it was a fire/water/aether, but it pretty much sucked.

So I scrapped the water! :D
(sorry steam machine, It was fun while it lasted)

It is now a much better deck and I like playing with it.  So please, give me some criticism or throw some helpful hints my way.

hmm....try something like this
Code: [Select]
5f3 5f3 5f3 5f3 5f3 5f3 5f6 5f6 5f6 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 5gi 61o 61o 61o 61o 61o 61t 61t 61t 61t 61t 61u 61u 621 621 621 621 621the thing is, you dont need both dim shields and creature control.  its redundant.  the lobos will deal with annoying skills and momentums.
by the way i just kept the towers and pendulums the same, you'll have to mess with that yourself. also try to cut the deck down to close to 30 cards
