With 15 wind quanta generator and only 9 air cards which cost 3/4 whitout testing I think that you have too much air quanta and you clearly lack of PC.. The matter is that deck loose with any deck with cc/heal..

sure.

1. play everything
2.play 1 sky blitz early then the other for a finisher
3.save your deflags for shields.
