Eternity could supply your reverse times easily.  Both pharaohs and mummies are pointless, as you only need one pharaoh to dominate.

I was thinking of having Eternity instead of reverse time, but I like having loads of Scarabs per turn    It's fun

i made a deck on trainer kind of like this, but with 30 cards

mark of gravity
6 pharaohs
6 deja vus
2-3 procrastinations (cant remember)
the rest were time pillars
it ran frighteningly well, i almost dubbed pharaoh to be a little op, but i remembered the cost

God that is overkill.

Use one pharoh and its good in my opinion

it's absolutely out of balance, especially the
10 death towers (for 6 mummies? not worth it)
too many pharaohs (not to mention they're rare)
kick down on the Scarab count (if you plan to rely on Pharaohs you don't need all 6)
...
and the fact that you lack Hourglasses is a insult to time itself! :O
also Eternity is wonderful. keep testing the deck on Half-Bloods if you're trying to make balance,
cause level3 just doesn't challenge you enough to improve

50 cards with no hourglasses and "speed deck" doesn't sound really well.

such as thunderbolt, quintessence, parallel universe...
