This deck in the OP doesn't seem to be working well with only 2 vampires. I'd say 4-5 fractals and 3-4 vampires gives a better chance for the combo, without risking drawing all the fractals, clogging your hand.

The idea is to fractal the devourers first, you gain quanta and lock down the opponent, and in LATE game you fractal Vampires

However, in practice what often happens is that you do one fractal of devourers, and a few turns later, you fractal vampires so you don't die. And repeat this.
