TLDR: Spam towers for quanta, use dragons, purify yourself ASAP.
This is a low-level deck with a decent winrate against L3s. Victory against half-bloods depends on what combo you get. If you get one with strong CC you're probably dead.
Quanta Generators: 21
12x Fire
3x Water
6x Pendulums
Other Permanents: 2
Fahrenheit
Ice Shield
PC: 3
3 Deflags
CC: 12
1x Ice Shield
2x Ice Bolt
3x Fire Bolt
3x Rain of Fire
StrategyUse your Purifies on yourself ASAP, these will help you get elemental mastery. Save up quanta for your creatures. You can tolerate up to 10 damage per turn, after which you should start using your bolts/RoF to avoid death. Ice Shield will come in handy for high-hitters such as Phoenixes or Dragons.
If fighting a water/time/fire/life user, reserve at least 1 deflag for the shields. You cannot afford to be affected by the shields of these elements. Since this is a rush deck, deflagging Dimensional Shields is an option as well.
SubstitutionsThe deck code used has a mix of upgraded and unupgraded cards and a rare. I'll list what you need and don't need to upgrade.
Quanta Generators: Preferably upgraded.
Dragons: Maybe 1 or 2 upgraded.
Steam Machines: Really good against enemies with decent CC.
Dry Spell/Desiccation: Preferably upgraded.
Bolts/Lances: Not really necessary.
Fahrenheit: You can use a short sword.
Purifies: YES.
RoFs: Not very important, but you should upgrade them if you're fighting strong enemies like halfbloods or even FGs.
Deflags: Not really necessary.
IdeasYou could add in a Trident and some Earth to make this a triple deck. Trident would also be great considering the lack of PC here.
