P.S. this is my actual deck, thats why there is the titan and the grav pendulum.

This could use a little work actually. Since you want your combo pieces asap, 30 cards is better then 35.  Especially with no draw accel second. Light mark with gravity pendulums is more then enough light quanta. 

This is actually pretty close to what I run when I do blessed otys now that I think about it.

Since this was entirely unupped, I opted for dragons instead of chargers. Chargers are, while not as durable, a better damage option upped. I also didn't include as many blessings so I could save deck space, and one was usually enough for otys to eat everything anyways.
