A cheap, no rares, non-upgraded denial deck.

The strategy here is to quickly lock down your opponent with Devourers and Earthquakes. Protect your creatures using their abilities, and overpower your opponent. Generally you'll want to play Earthquakes when your opponent has at least 2 pillars/pendulums in a stack, preferably three or more.

The beauty here is that by the time your opponent recovers from pillar denial, you'll usually have enough Devourers to drain all his quanta anyway.

Alternate version for 2nd turn Earthquakes and resistance to Sanctuary:

Cool deck. I just faced a similar version of this deck in The Arena Platinum today (the opponent had Gargoyles as the card). I was using a modded CCYB and the opponent fared well in the beginning denying some of my quanta, but once I got Sanctury out it was all over. They did have Steals, but I had PA. :P

So yeah, this is an excellent control deck, but you need 2 turns for the Quicksands to get started, and it lacks a way to deal with Sancturies / lots of quanta. Add Steals for sure.
Tasted the world, seen more than enough.
