This thing is fast.
Yes, you could go for wings, but isn't that just so predictable? This deck takes advantage of the fear of wings, but you don't need to worry about paying for them. Seeing a deck like this may encourage an opposing graboid rush to play recklessly, trying to kill you before you play wings, leaving their shriekers unburrowed and vulnerable to shockwave. Shockwave is much cheaper than a chain of wings and allows you to focus your quanta on dealing more damage instead of keeping up the defense. Lightning storm also ignores enemy SoFre, letting you beat damsel-wyrm mono air builds, and can break RoL-hope. Nova Grabbows and cremation decks can also be outrushed by this, thanks to their tendency to run creatures that fall to thunderstorm (Giant Frog, Werewolf, Mind flayer, Lava Destroyer and Physalia). Wing decks are weak to permanent control. This is not.

you have all the best shields in the game (other than dims) available and choose none of them. The logical choice for this mod would be bonewall (because of the cc and quantabalance and not generating weakness to PC), but wings and fog are too good to ignore too. Since you bother including cc the reason for that cant really be that you dont quite get best ttw you could possibly get.

The mummies could swap for bonewall I suppose, it could be useful vs shard golem decks which are quite popular in unrestricted pvp, and discord too if it doesn't come out too early
