Looks pretty good but does it have enough quanta gen to be able to mito squids and congeal enemy creatures?

Looks like you're trying too much in one deck, although it all completely makes sense. Personally I would remove the flooding. By the time you've got that set up you're already starting to kick ass just with the 5 in the middle. You could use the space for more Empathic Bonds. Or if I was you probably just more Water Quanta :P

Heh, I was using a version of this yesterday with -2 Bonds + 2 Water Towers and a switched Pend/Mark setup.  Had the same problems you're having it seems; too much I wanted to put in for what I wanted the deck to do.  I'd see about getting more early :water generation in here; the sooner you can get SoP + an Octopus going, the better.  I'm actually a fan of Flooding in here, though that's probably because every other deck I faced in Arena yesterday had Devourers/Pests being spammed in it.

Other improvements I could suggest would likely make the deck larger than 30 cards and situational.

OK interesting thoughts. SO let's say we want to use this as an arena grinder, it's a fair bet a deck drawing double cards will get more than 5 creatures out quite quickly, so I can see the value in Flooding there. It would also save Water Quanta in the long run by reducing the number of Freezes necessary. I'm gonna play around with it in trainer.
