The combo is Alfa+oty's+sofo+vultures. Sofo for PC, allows for EMs via black hole, can feed the vultures more when it dies. Also allows for a creature slot so malignant cells on your side arn't so pesky. Can be used as afla targets as well.

It'll be a good stall breaker, making it aimed at bronze through gold arenas.

add GP, and perhaps a skull buckler.
SoFoshield helps a lot, and you can use GP to kill (afla'd) creatures/soften them for oty.
skull buckler prevents damage from cells, and occasionally allows oty to eat more stuff.

you may also add a chimera and/or plague as a finisher.

I had originally used chimera, and was trying to use a deck with multiple chimeras for once (afla virus, chimera and repeat) but then found a couple chimeras as a finisher worked well. Now to save deck space I got rid of the two chimeras for a plague. The deck already has 3 or 4 bonewalls, so no need for GP or buckler.

There's not even a deck here and you kept this here for more than 5 hours, moving to GD.

Im personally not a big fan of aflatoxin + bone wall.
The reason being that you cannot play your wall untill you kill the cells,
and by then the vultures should finish the opponent in 2 or 3 turns anyway.

I'd really prefer either GP or skull buckler.
plus, you can get away with 2 or 3,
meaning you can add another plague or condor.
