They nerfed the flood so this great combo is killed. Farewell, one of the few dual anti-FG decks.

I'm thinking maybe congeal would be something to think about here or ice bolt? something to get rid of pesky creatures that sit in the middle row
Ya, you are right.
SoGs, ice shield and arctic squirt all work well with flood
a flood control deck can still work although the cell won't be killed
but not anti-FG anymore

Actually it might work if you use either bone dragons or ice dragons instead of vultures. The reason for the vultures was just to feed off the dying creatures. There is plenty of excess quanta in this deck, so dragons may work.

I'm thinking: replace the vultures with death/water dragons (whichever works best) and add some SoG's (two or three should be all it takes to keep you alive, so I'd say four SoG's).

graveyard is not a good idea because skeletons are a death creature and they die with flood
Try a boneyard, the skeletons you create after killing the cell will die the turn after, pumping you condors even more, graveyard might be a wast of quanta, as they are meant to die

You beat octane... Beating FGs doesn't rely as much on the deck you use, more on the strategy you use. otherwise, he should be hard, but if you have lots of permanent control and some creature control, you are a shoein. What you want to kill first is a flying eagle's eye. than fill up the middle row so he cannot counter any other way than keeping it as a weapov, wich would not be as devastating as a flying army of them. Also, destroy unstable gas instead of eagle's eye. He's got 12 of those.

I don't see why you're getting so worked up over a deck that doesn't even work anymore...

I still haven't tested the dragon versions yet, and I probably never will. So this deck is dead in the water (yay puns) until someone tries some variations. You really don't even need inundation. Some people suggested arctic squids, those might work.
