Or am I working on faulty information?Think about it. 1/4 chance for card to be upped, so that would mean that 1/4 x 1/4 x 1/4 chance for card to be upped. 1/64 times the card that you get in the spin will be upped. That's not really a great chance, imo.
2- Lobotomizer/SoG's. You can make the deck without the SoG's, but it's better with 3 of them, and Lobo is a must against some gods, so 1/2 of the effect's cost is awesome (the jump from to is a lot)
