Those pendulums would make your deck slower, and harder to get the cards to deal more damage.

You won't need that much pendalums with fractalling devourers because they can do the job very effectively on there own and provide enough quanta to play the other creatures (e.g. vampires).

Well if you fractal the devourers instead you can end up making sure the opponent can't play any creatures anyway (have you ever played the FG decay?) also they provide enough quanta to play the vampires.

i get what you are saying but fractaling vamps gives you faster kills and EM like 80% of the time. Thats just my noobish opinion though so :/

I'd suggest you try out the strategy of fractalling the devourers instead of the vampires (maybe until you have 11 devourers out) you'll see the opponent not being able to play as much and much more quanta (possibly enough quanta to add dragons for fractal-dragons).
