it took quite a bit of testing to get the right pillar/pend mixture but now it should run quite well. i've only lost 3 out of the 50ish matches i went up against. but they were only because of opponents getting high offense and me no getty of any EQs in the first hand

looks good, but a bit short on earth, i think 5 EQ is overkill and i'd say reverse time is better then precog as you already have quanta denial wich will make it harder for your opponent.

Heh, you'll need to change the name when 1.29 comes around and Earth's background is completely changed.

I've used decks like this in Arena and they work very well since they're working in both sheer rush power and denial.  If you want to make the deck's powers as efficient as possible then I would drop at least 2 Quicksands, all of the Precogs and consider adding more Graboids, GotP and either Eternities or Rewinds.
