Massive Vampire? [Gravity/Dark]

I'm sure someone's tried this-- putting Liquid Shadow on a Massive Dragon seems like a given, but I couldn't find it listed when I searched.

What surprised me is that the deck works so well, winning almost all of the level five games I played with it.  Probably because it can be adjusted to be more offensive or more defensive depending on the situation.  Put a Gravity Force on an opponent's creature to smash it with your dragon, or play in on the dragon to absorb some damage.  Play Liquid shadow on an opponent's creature to stop annoying abilities or, my favorite, play it on your dragon to heal eight life a turn.  The dragons are so big that they often last the whole game even though they're poisoned.  And on top of that there's otyu's.

It's been working well, but I feel like it could be tweaked a bit.  Suggestions are welcome.

This is actually a really nice deck. It's got creature control, permanent control, healing, defense, and damage all rolled into a tight, innovative package. Very nice deck, and one I intend to use.

Would this deck benefit from Momentum's? You could replace an Oty and a Steal for 2 Momentums and see what would happen, do some testing.

It originally had momentums, but then I realized I could just steal any shields that were a problem.  There have been a couple times I would have liked to be able to pump my oty up a bit, but with so many ways to deal with creatures, that didn't seem like a big enough reason to add them back in.  It might come down to personal preference on that one. 

I'm trying a version now with the Titan replaced by a Vampire Dagger, to see if I can get mastery once in a while with some extra healing.  So far so good!

I resume this topic because I'm both exploring darkness decks (declined in various duo) and farming for electrum in arena gold tier (EM is the target result).

I allowed myself to update the deck to the most recent charges at shards of focus and ended up with this.

You really should have kept the gravity pulls (SoFo makes the combo even more powerful). -1 dusk -1 liquid shadow +2 gravity forces. It also looks very quantastrained. Having SoFo for permanent control you dont really need the steals, so you could swap them for gravy pillars. However after that only LS is left that requires darkness quanta and you can just go monogravity using black holes/nymphs for healing and acceleration as multiuse CCcard.

I'd take out the Dragons, add the GPulls back and more SoFos. I'd then use overdrives for damage (and healing via vampire)

While I think there's something to what you're saying, I feel that ould make this another deck (one that's been done quite a bit).

I like the OP deck because it only has one rare (but given that its fully upped, I guess that's not a big deal).

I think I'm with Taglio on Dusk > Gravity Shield.

Gravity shield provides a cruel combo with upped Otys. I'd put more than one copy though. Your only problem is if it gets stolen.

I have to agree with UndeadSpider: mono gravity is not only an old deck, but an horribly overused one.
I love something more original if possible.

plus even if SoFo and graviyt pull is a wonderful combo it has its weaknesses (and enough of them).
I already tried acceleration on similar decks (see accelerated voodoo dolls): it is WAY too slow.
it only works nice with creatures already dealing a goo amount of damage to quicken their run, but starting from scratches... I cannot make it work properly.

apart from that I find interesting the combo gravity shield / otyugh, even if that 5 health creatures could be a pain in the ... side.

and yes, sometimes it goes short on quanta (gravity, mainly - and decks with pillars/quanta control are easily an autoquit).
