Use shields to stall and just play everything use fractal at end to win.  Needs improvements but really fun...  maybe needs another shield what do you think?

I don't think Phase Salvagers pull their weight in this. I'd add more Fractals and use them on Ball Lightnings, cutting out the Salvagers.

^ This. Also, 2 Phase Shields is not enough to properly stall, as you don't have a stable offense. I'd say:

+ 2 Phase Shield
+ 2 Fractal
- 6 Phase Salvager

Thunderbolts are nice, though cutting their number down to 4 might help speed things up more.

Okay thanks for the improvements...ill make a new deck soon.  I do seem to stall too little..
