Lively Poison [AI3 unupped] https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=31112.msg394834#msg394834

This is a really simple  :life/ :death poison deck with a straightforward play-style.  It can theoretically run into problems with  :water  thanks to Purify and freezing, or against a very early turn shield drop, relying on the Poison + Druidic Staff to eat away at your opponent's HP while keeping you alive, hopefully before he overwhelms you or decks you.  Similar decks have been posted, but I haven't found this particular one.

I'd give serious consideration to prioritizing Thorn Carapace as the first upgrade.

Mabye Animate Weapon would be a better first upgrade, because then you can get MASSIVE healing from flying-adreni-staves (20 healing per turn) What do you think?

Making it a tri-color, right?  What would you suggest removing, or how would you otherwise balance the deck to fit Animate Weapon?

No, upped AW costs other quanta.

If using AW:

(Both decks are untested, un-optimised and based on theory-crafting.)

I tried out both your suggestions on the trainer.  Maybe it's just me, but it felt like the addition of Animate Weapon created a major shift in how the deck(s) played out, emphasizing poison much less than just trying to fly staffs at the enemy and aim for EMs.
