So, I'm aware that pharaohs combined with SoR is not a new idea, but the decks I've seen posted are unecessarily complicated. Here's my simple and effective version:

How good does it feel to beat a Gold Level rainbow with a duo deck?
In 20 Gold level games, this deck won 13 games, with a 10.3 average TTW and 2 special spins.
Build Philosophy:
- in other iterations (and other decks I've seen posted) I've tried reducing the number of pharaohs because "you only really need one". But experience showed me that you need that 'one' very quickly and anything fewer than six pharaohs can really mess things up. In fact, one of the losses in the 20 game testing was due to not drawing a pharaoh in the first 14 cards
- The unstoppables are the only thing making this a duo deck, but I've found them extremely useful in different scenarios. For example, it can be crucial in eating up an opponent's creature that's a major cause for concern. It can also be a game changer when facing an early, nasty shield.
- Only five SoR as you need the Pharaoh more than the SoR
- Only two pends required. I am almost never for want of more gravity quanta
Play tips:
- Don't hold back on the SoR. Sometimes I'm tempted to keep them in hand for a scarab. Use them on the pharaoh as quick as you can, and don't be afraid to hit the same pharaoh multiple times
- Sometimes, a little patience is very important. There are scenarios where at the begninning of the game you have just enough quanta to play your first pharaoh, but not enough to hit it immediately with a SoR. If you're facing creature control, hold off on playing the pharaoh until you can combo it with a SoR. In particular, the AI tends to target scarabs over Pharaohs (except for lobotomizer) and you want it to do so
