33 card deck; more quanta and less to use it on
Cheap cards with good outcomes

Cons:
No defense
Weak to Aether or other immaterial decks

Possible Changes:
More sundials?

hmm... sundials with no light quantums... deja vus with no PU's or buffs of any sort... scarabs with no PU's or buffs... to me, that seems like a lot of wasted potential... if you're making a rush deck with time included, why not something like upgraded fate eggs? they are fast and can produce powerful creatures.

I try to make decks that don't use the element of luck. If you look at my submitted decks, on average they're relatively small and have nothing to chance.
Deja Vus are meant to be used as light damage, and then as food for the Scarabs, you don't need to buff a devourer creature, and with a small deck size you don't need to use the Sundial Hasten skill, it'll make you overdraw sooner.

Imho on the last bit. I overdraw a lot against gods.

If the Elite Deja Vus are meant to be Scarab fodder, why not use plain Deja Vu? They are easier to eat, as you only would need two Scarabs out versus the three you would need with Elite Deja Vu. Just a thought.
