I agree. 2 deflagrations (or 2 steals) and this deck is dead. You need to protect the shield. And you need some more shields...it's not so easy to draw 2 shields between 40 cards...

So I suggest:

-2 Floodings, + 2 Diss. Shields

-2 antimatters, -4 pillars, + 3 novas, + 3 Enchant Artifact

Actually, the shield is there to give it some flavor. It's not even neccessary, unless against mono-water (that has no PC).
The killer combo is Antimatter+Flooding, with that you pwn -mostly- everything.

I prefere rainbow ragequits, with everything protected and high quanta producing for the shields.
