Pretty basic Water/Time Rush. 6 Dejas = 12 attackers + 3 nymphs, allowing you to win with an average of 7tw. Eternity/Turtle Shield provides plenty of stall incase the rush goes awry. Purify for obvious reasons  .

Let's not forget, you can rewind a copy of deja vu for more dejas! And of course, to prevent deckout.

Water is more important to get first, change mark to water and change the time towers to time pends along with changing the water pends to time pends. NT is also rather expensive as well.

The quanta for both is not tight and fairly well balanced. I suggest testing it first, before changing the quanta production.

Played with some mods to my own preference, but nope, this is great as is.

Pendulums should be the element that you need more of first, because they produce quanta of their element when played and also on the first turn.

Oh wait my bad. I was thinking you were trying to get a water nymph to then spam time nymphs with SoP... it's a NT deck, I'd have to fiddle around with it. So for now Ill just rate the deck 4 stars.
