The idea is not really new. I am sure plenty of / decks based on Nymphs of both elements have been posted, but I think the way and analogy these elements are combined is what makes this deck idea a relatively reliable and stable one. Arctic Octopuses serve to stall and CC and they are very good at it; they will buy enough time to set up your Nymph army. Also, they protect your from dangerous activated abilities and they can even prevent your adrenalined creatures from attacking if a SoSac appears on your opponent's side. Toadfishes are both good adrenalined hitters with 3 atk and 5 hp which make them even withstand some serious CC effects. Its 5 hp are low enough to bypass Gravity Shields and high enough to withstand for 1 turn the damage a Fire Shield inflicts on them while adrenalined. Also, poisoning helps before a Dim Shield is being set.
 Finally, Life Pendulums create Life Nymphs but also provide quanta to buff up your Nymph Tears and your focused deck in general. As you probably know, Life Nymphs are awesome while adrenalined but Water Nymphs are not half bad when adrened either.

U could try putting Life mark in  . It'll definitely surprise you, really, no joke (you can expect a random nymph generated). Nice deck, adrenaline puffer. Not too slow, still bearable tho i reduced 1 octopus+ 1 life pend
