Hmm I wonder if it would be beneficial to add some pendelums to this deck in place of either towers. The quanta usage is pretty even between the elements.

I was thinking the same, so I did it:

The reason the mark was changed to aether is because this deck uses more gravity quanta than aether quanta (9 towers + 1 mark gravity vs 7 towers aether). Having a gravity mark means you'd need to use aether pendulums, and those give 1 aether upon playing (so in that sense, you're being disadvantaged on the first turn). I'm not sure if this logic holds.. but if not, you can always switch the mark and the pendulums.

Actually, I use 12 gravity pendulums (and 4 gravity towers)... because I don't want to get more than 12 upped pendulums for now (trying to get a balanced set of all 12 pendulums at the moment). But I think 13-14 is closer to the original deck (7 aether x 2 = 14).

You actually could get away with having less pendelums and more grav towers though, as the aether use isnt that high, its mainly just that you have to get them early to be effective. The fractal often isnt needed for a while, and the phase shields are pretty easy to power, especially if you're using aether mark. I may try this out later, though I dont know if I'm going to spend to upgrade all the pendelums.
