This is possibly even better than Earth/Time denial, because you can keep them from gaining any quanta of a color that's not their mark for a long time, and even if your opponent does get a shield up, all that will happen is your Sapphire Chargers will laugh. It's greatest strength is Rainbow decks, obviously, but it can handle other decks quite well, provided you get a good draw and they don't do something ridiculous. This will definitely be the main deck on my alternate account, once I get the money.

I know it wouldn't look as pretty, but wouldn't you want a pair of otys in there too?

Otyughs are good everywhere else, but not so much here because the goal of the deck is to paralyze your opponent (which would mean they couldn't play creatures), making Otyguh a 0/5 floater. If it ever came to a point where Otyugh was overwhelming useful, the deck wouldn't be working right.

A great deck, I'm rather impressed.  Another weakness you didn't mention would be a pillar-less deck.  It would destroy all of my decks =/

It's possible that a pillarless deck would be the bane of this. I couldn't say, because of the general absence of that deck-type in t50.

I haven't tested this, so I'm basing this on conjecture. But anyway...

I would probably take out 3 grav towers and an elite charger and add in 3 stone towers and a pulvy. That way you can play your quicksands faster if you draw a tower (it's one of the problems I have with dark/earth denial: you can't play a quicksand for two turns), and any permanents the opponent DOES play will be destroyed. In fact, I might replace both an elite charger and a quicksand for 2 pulvys so you can draw it easier.

You would still have 9 gravity towers, and none of the gravity cards cost that much and there wouldn't really be any long-term ability costs other than pulvy (but that's only 1 gravity per turn, and since you're denying quantum, likely not even every turn).

I would add a Pulverizer...but I don't have one. This is the actual deck I use in-game.

Obviously... PA owns this...
PA?
Protect Artifact. And while it does make it harder, it's not exactly 'insta-lose'. It's mostly rainbow that run PA anyway, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Plus...if you set up a deck specifically to beat another deck...you probably will, even if you don't win simply because of the fact that the AI is retarded.
