I got the idea of making this deck from Essence's topic on building an effective and different deck
http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,17333.0.html

Wanted something that is small, but has good CC and defense, along with player control through the use of silence. messed around with it a lot in the trainer and am very satisfied with the result

It is fairly straight forward, using the gravity shield to block high defense creatures and using lightning to dispatch the rest. Chargers and Titans are the main source of damage and the silence allows time to set up the shield and zap anything problematic.

the original problem i had was far too much aether quanta generation and a slight lack of damage, hence the two phase dragons

It is very effective and simple to build, aside from the upgrades and titans.

any ideas/comments?

i was interested in a gravither deck so tried this on trainer and it did ok, but i found i was easily killed off (lack of defense/heal), so im gonna play around and try to incorporate maybe 4 phase shields instead of the grav 1s and maybe take out 2 chargers. i also believe it needs black holes for a sense of a heal (even if just a small 1) may need to make it a 32/35 card deck, if its too weak still ill keep changing around till i find a better deck and post it :)

Is it just me, or is this deck a bit low on quanta?
My 3 game-modification principles:
1. If it ain't broke, don't wreck it.
2. Simple fixes for simple problems.
3. Remember to fill in the holes.

Though it looks like it, it actually isn't. Thunderbolt and silence are cheap.

Side notes - Other good synergies between gravity and aether is the Quint of the Charger (which allows for them to survive), the Overdriven PU of the Charger (Moar attack power, replace titan with OD) and the classical FractaCharger (That is too heavy quanta for this deck as I feel it.)
