Quanta is never what I need early, and always too much entropy late, but overall a fun deck to play. It needs a fast start, so it's a bit pillar/pend heavy, somewhat prone to bad draws, but overall a good PVP2 deck. And no, there's not much damage packed in there, so play that dragon carefully. You have to keep the opponent locked down before you go for the kill, feel free to OD a SoFo early though as long as there's no chance of Rev Time.
