You just plain outrush them, it can lose of course, but it should have a decent win rate.

HBs ... erm ... cough. Despite the full-bodied announcement it's not really suited I suppose.
I remember playing and winning against them because, just like icecoldbro said, they seem
a bit surprised by some 34dmg on a turn4 table.
On the other hand, whenever I do bother to play vs lvl5 with any deck, they also seem to
have an aweful lot of lightnings, mutations, bolts and other nasty CC-stuff ... lose a couple dragons
and you're toast.

There is a movie called "reign of fire":
Dragons rule the lands and kill anything that is not a dragon on sight.
I don't think the deck-name is misleading.  8)
