When you get an Owl's Eye, I definitely recommend putting it in place of the short bow. I don't think you really need the dragonflies with the pends you have, so you could try replacing them with extra fogs or shockwaves. But I haven't tested the deck myself, so this might not be a good change.

just from looking at it, I would say it needs more water quanta or it need to lose some things that cost  :water . so I would probably take out the 2 dragons and add a fog shild and a toadfish. but I would keep the dragonflies in there because that means you can use infect at least 2x per turn if you need to

Yeah, I really should add an owl's eye.
But the Shortbow is a replacement for Owl's Eyes.
When in doubt: Freeze.

Nice, I like this a lot. If it was my deck, I think I'd want 2 Fogs but I'm not sure what I'd drop for it. Also, Arctic Squids are rares, just saying :P

I think that this quintessential water/air duo is probably better

Your deck seems much less focused than Arctic Infection above.

Yeah, I know. Although, if you don't have 2 Arctic Squids, you can replace them with a Freeze and a Toadfish.

I like my deck better for the reason that I can abuse poison much further than I could with only the Mark of Air.
Pendulums and Dragonflies allow maximum usage of poison, still allowing for the use of an Owl's Eye.
Although that deck is nice, above.
When in doubt: Freeze.

I tend to agree with the author about which of those 2 decks is better. I'd go for versatility over focus personally, though there is something to be said for the simplicity of the other deck.
