Biggest problem is that if an opponent gets up any damage reducing shield (eg the popular permafrost shield, which reduces 2 damage), your entire deck does absolutely nothing. Useful against anyone without a shield that reduces >=2 damage though.

Needs more  pillars and less  pillars, and maybe one more fractal.

Yeah, prolly should be more like
14 water
6 fish
6 aether
4 fractal

That's a generic aether pillar/fractal ratio and includes more water quanta for the spamfest (which you'll really need if you're trying to spam puffers).

Gotta say I don't much like fractal+fish though.

while it sounds like a good idea on paper, puffer fish just cost to damn much to work properly with fractal.

Gonna disagree with you there.  My variant got it working with a 22-6 record.
