This Deck seems efficient  in lvl3 and PvP1.  I would like to play something similar in Top50 and Lvl5. What would be your advice to which card/s to upgrade first?

If you try beating AI5 with this deck you'll loose completly. You have like no defense at all.

My suggestion:

-2 Pillars
+2 Pendulums
-3 Dragons
+4 Vampires
+2 Dusk Mantles

The deck is efficent for lvl 3 and PvP1 and was the reason why it was posted here. However, I needed help for upgrading it to lvl5 and top50, help which you provided with your kind answer.  Are normal vampires enough or do I need upgraded ones?

You can win most matches without upgraded Vampires. I suggest upgrading the Fractals first, because you can use them elsewhere (e.g. RoL/Hope). After you upgraded these I'd probably go for the Vampires, because that makes a whole lot of difference in stats. Just don't forget to deny the HBs their quanta and you'll be doing fine
