I've been playing this deck for quite a while now, started with upgrading the Lycanthropes first. It's very efficient at farming lvl3, it's still very good against half bloods. I remember an 18 win streak in Bronze league, it's still decent in silver league and rocks in pvp1.
You might need a little practice to know when to use pandemonium. Your Lycanthropes will not die from it in most cases since they have 6 defense. They also soak in a lot of cc before you play black dragons. The steals provide some control over shields/weapons/permanents while antimatter often counters single high damage creature decks, pandemonium is most efective against spam.
I think the deck is quite reliable, I rarely get terrible draws.
Possible weaknesses are scarab spam/reverse time decks. Mono Aether stays annoying but it's definitely possible to beat if you get a lucky draw.

Tl;dr: This deck is an awesome allrounder I've composed myself.

Please share your thoughts about this deck.
I'm open for suggestions :)

Maybe a second Dissipation, drawing one out of 34 seems a little low on chances imo (EDIT: Just realized there is another shield in there.), and personally I would never use unupped Pandemonium but maybe that´s just me. Maybe some Pendulums switched to Nova to start a bit faster?

The idea is to have the dusk mantle for permanent damage reduction and the dissipation shield for an "hp boost" at the end. I'm usually fine with shields/weapons because of the steals I've got. Remember that Pandemonium can copy your creatures as well plus Lycanthropes usually don't die from it (as mentioned in my first post) and the upped Pandemonium costs 5 quanta which is a lot more.
I'm not sure about the novas. The steady supply of quanta makes the dissipation shield stronger. One could argue that nova + dissipation field might be a better combo though. A perfect start for you is to have 4+ Pendulums, instantly play 2 lycanthropes and use their skill in the next turn.

Thanks for welcoming me :)
