Vampires and Werewolves Theme https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=531.msg5056#msg5056

I really liked Jellyfish's themed decks, so I decided to come up with one of my own—Vampires and Werewolves.

Basic idea is to get out vampires and werewolves when you can; play chaos power and eclipse to up your vampires blood-sucking abilities.

Wow, that's pretty cool.

Not only does it have an excellent theme, but it is also very nicely balanced. I wouldn't change anything in that deck and knowing how much of a control freak I sometimes am, that's a big compliment.

Good job, Dragoon.

Thanks SG.  This works pretty well for AI3.  The only changes I would make is if you're playing PvP, in which case I would take 1 less Werewolf, Chaos Power, and Vampire and throw in 3 Steals for those pesky weapons and shields.

*feels special*

Lol, I really like this deck, and you're right about the Steals, too. This deck would be a fast and effective deck for PvP, I would think, though Sundials will make you cry... :'(

You can't take Steals. Vampires and Werewolves don't steal, they kill.

There are other cards as well that would make this deck more effective in PvP but that would hurt the theme which is BAD. :)

Don't vampires kidnap their pray and then try to seduce them? XD And werewolves would take some survivors with them to eat later...or to turn into other werewolves...so I think that Steal MIGHT work...if you try very hard to make it work into the theme. >.<" Anyways, without the Steals, the deck wouldn't do so well in PvP, so I guess they are a necessary evil. =/

You could make a lot of the Dark cards fit … if you stretch it.  Dusk Mantle of course fits in with the time of day Vampires and Werewolves are active.  And it's hard to argue that a vampire and werewolf bite doesn't Drain Life.  And of course, JellyFish gave a decent shot at explaining Steal.

The only problem with throwing in some other cards is that it slows things down.  But you will last longer and be able to handle a lot more situations.  I'd try something like this for PvP.

I'd like to throw in a Dusk Mantle too but it's too easily stolen and used against you.

That deck there looks pretty damn viable. Only the Chaos Powers would be a tad off, as they are entirely luck dependant, and if you use them on your vampires but only get HP buffs, or what-not, then it may not be that useful. >.<

True.  You could always replace all of the Chaos Power (which was somewhat a stretch for the theme anyways) with another Werewolf, Vampire, and Tower.

Personally, I would leave them as unupgraded Chaos Seeds and use them as creature control.

I think Chaos Seed can be both good and bad. I think it's usually bad, but again, you're talking about being totally luck dependent.

If we forget the theme and just go with something that works in PvP, something like this might work.

Werewolves are way too slow because they cost 2 quantum. Also they are very vulnerable and don't get bonus from Eclipse.

Vampire Dagger is a good addition because it's cheap and it's not a big deal if it gets stolen.

I would never take Chaos Seed because it's too random. With Chaos Power you can get those 15/7 Vampires.

It's nothing amazing but it does work.
