I like to design theme decks, based on a specific idea or theme, but I also like them to work most of the time, too. This is probably the best you could get with a mostly Water deck that didn't rely on poison (this actually kills faster than Poison).
Lol, the main reason I would want to use this deck is because the dragons look so awesome >.>

Lol, they do. Personally, if I were to use this deck, I would take out one of the Dragons and add an extra Firestorm. This deck would work well with unupgraded dragons too, if you're price-conscious.

Yeah, I realized that after I posted this, but it takes a few times of seeing something to keep it memorized. I don't play Scorpio...I just leave the game. To me, he's not worth playing against. =/ So, because of this, I've only seen the upgraded Toadfish once. >.<"

Haha I can understand that. Why do you leave? Scorpio isn't nearly as hard as Seism or Rainbow. If you need help beating him I can offer suggestions. :)

I just don't like fighting Scorpio. Seism and Rainbow are easy compared to him. I can't stop poison, I NEVER get good draws with him (I wait to see what I draw before quitting), and he always Congeals or Ice Lances all my creatures, so I can't do anything...=/ Plus, whenever I do fight him, the battles take forever, which isn't uncommon, but they are so boring, because I just sit there with frozen creatures while he whittles me away with poison...T_T
