i think this deck is already posted, but it works really well against most decks(besides gravity & hope/light decks)
its simple,u just use deflagetarions to destroy shields or other irritating permanents.and use your own shields to win.
if you want you can replace immortals with lightnings or so.but thats at your own risk.

plz ppl comment and give me advice on my deck

The deck looks ok as is. It is almost identical to a counter used for Neptune, except it has two rather low damage Immortals. If you are going for a rareless deck, then I would switch these Immortals out for another 2 pillars. +2 Pillars would help pull out a dragon hopefully by turn 3, but +2 lightnings as you suggested have the rather specific use of getting rid of a Charger, mutant with steal, etc. since the Dim Shield chain should prevent other non-poison/momentumed damage sources. But if you do have rares, then adding 2 lobotomizers may help control the opponent especially if they pull out a later Shard of Focus as well as a soft counter for Chargers. So in conclusion, ditch the immortals, replace as needed, but don't expect too much from it other than AI3 and lower.
Don't get stressed, there are more important things in life. Like playing Elements.
