Some say the world will end in Fire,
Some say in Ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor Fire.
But if I were to perish twice,
I think I know enough to hate
To say that for destruction Ice
Is also great
And would suffice.

Believe it or not, it works pretty well (I took out a few t50 decks, and slaughtered AI3). The trick to this deck is to rely on the shields and Congeals to stall, while you use the Ice Lances on the larger creatures. Build the quanta for the Dragons (which, btw, are the only dragons that don't change their picture when upgraded), and then just spam them. Smart use of the Explosions along with the stalling spells can net you a victory. You won't get mastery, but meh, it's for PvP. XD
::NOTE::
Does not need to be upgraded, but it's more effective and fun that way. I love just watching my opponents sit there and sweat since their creatures can't attack or use abilities (poor Otys), meanwhile my dragons are stomping all over them. =)
As always, the decks I post are mostly to inspire others, and are not meant to really be taken seriously. I was trying out different Mono- and Duo-Element ideas, and when I find one that works, I'll keep using it and editing it, and then post the final result. ^_^
