It's a good deck, wins most games too. I do find myself making little tweaks every time I use it to see if I can make it better. Anyone else have ideas?

More Discords, -Steal, -Dissipation, +2 Discords maybe.
In this deck, you want a Discord early, combined with devourers, it's deadly.

True, but the Dissipation is the ace-in-the-hole for alot of last ditch efforts. Also gives an excuse for the excess 

As far as less Steals go... well PC is invaluable in some games and useless in other. Flip a coin on your opponent.

That said, quanta disruption is a key piece of this deck and early Discords could strengthen that theme.

PvP1 is full of stalls, so 3 Steals makes a certain amount of sense, but with QC you should only absolutely need two. With that gone, you definitely want at least 2 copies of Discord. 3 would not be unreasonable, but I think I'd rather pack an AM instead of that (and instead of the Diss Shield). That's how I usually run it anyway, if I don't pack more AM's and less quanta.

another way you could get pc a BE would work maybe not so cost efficient but with all the entro quanta your getting you could fuel BE cost and definately more discords it is one of entros strongest cards.
