I just came with this idea, the strategy is to play gravity shield+enchant artifact as fast as possible.
Then, feel free to play heavy armors on enemy's creatures that doesn't reach 6HP or on your own Otyughs if you want to annoy your opponent 

Any suggestion?

If gravity shield is pretty central to your strategy I'd want at least three copies. I'd also use pulvy, but that's just me

I don't think you need the pulvy because of the sofos but another shield would be better. Also put in a grav force for other varying uses.

Why Otyughs if your main strategy is to increase the hp of enemy creatures?
You also seem to lack damage. Maybe replace Otyughs with more Steel Golems and/or Elite Chargers?
If you use Golem's I'd remove Unstoppables for Pulverizer. It goes well with your Protect Artifacts.
If you use Chargers, I'd remove Unstoppables for either Steel Golems or Basilisk Blood. One helps your offense the other your defense.
Also, the Basalt Dragons seem a bit expensive. I'd go with Steel Golems, Anltions or Shriekers. The cheaper the creature the less pends you need. So removing the Otyughs would e.g allow you to replace them with overdrives and use them on Steel Golems.

Oh, but first of all,  as has been said, three shields are probably necessary indeed xP

Might be short on quanta. Notice that Heavy Armor can be used on Golems to keep them alive.
