The strategy is simple, use earthquake as soon as possible for quanta denial.

When you have nothing to quake or run out of quake, play Graboids

IF you suspect opponent has creature control, DO NOT evolve the Graboids until you have 3 or more of them on field. When you think you are SAFE from creature control, evolve all Graboids and play all Shriekes in hand if you have enough quanta.

Only use Eternity when you have spare  because you may not get enough  for Graboids if you play it too soon.

Hold Stone Skins and Basilik Blood until the last minute. These are LIFE-SAVERS

The deck looks good, but I may recommend 2 eternities.

Take out the eternity. No....Just keep the mark of time for control, and use RT or BB for control. Those cheap soft CC go a long way. Stone skin isn't that necessary, since you won't be amassing large amounts of and just take up room. Looks like with that much EQ, you can go for enough denial in the beginning.

Just made a new version, with about 80% win rate against AI3 in game simulator

As a denial deck, I would keel the 6 grabboids as the only creatures, as shriekers are more expensive. Put a pair of BB or 2 more EQ in there.
