Playing it is simple: play guards, use epinephrine, and use black holes to stall for the little time it takes the deck to win. I realized that guards, having 3 hp, are a good target for adrenaline; adrenaline makes decks very fast, and black holes are good for short stalling especially for short amounts of time. In some cases, if for some reason the game is delayed (didn't draw any guards, opponent has heavy CC) then you can use them for healing. However, their primary purpose is early-game denial.
