Not the best deck in the world, but it's fun and wins probably 4/5 of the time against level 3.

Play:
Throw out Photons, bump them up with Blessing, and then copy them with Parallel Universe.  Use Lightnings for creature control and save the Dimensional Shield for if it's close to endgame and you need a few more turns to win.  You can also use the Parallel Universes to copy your opponent's creatures, if they're better than your Blessed Photons.  Copy theirs, Bless yours, then zap theirs for extra satisfaction.

Upgrade:
Start converting Photons to Ray of Light first, since those can replace both a Photon and a Light Pillar.  As you get a bit more room from that, squeeze in a Morning Star, a Miracle and possibly an extra Dimensional Shield.

Theme:
Your opponent is facing the forces present at the dawn of creation, at the moment of the Big Bang.  Let there be light!
