It might need another solar shield to make sure it takes off right away but in very limited testing against AI3 I was able to get it going pretty well every time.  I actually ended up with an over abundance of both light and death quanta but you need enough early quanta to aflatoxin as soon as possible.  Feel free to make any suggestions.
