They both have a cost of 7, unused 12 atk, upped 15 atk. Pretty decimative.

Upped deck should probably have ETs-->Life Pends.

Unupped deck just seems to be a duo'd version of a standard liferush deck for no reason.

Well, I feel this is the fastest way, with the pends as they offer some help either way. It's duo'd because they have adrenaline sweetspots.
