on the first sight i noted it as a 'near fail' to not say 'epic fail' or total fail. But i think that my mutation deck works better than this . unfortunately i don't have enough funds to fully upgrade it .

Is it really ok to change the idea of the deck in a post? (unless it's deck help, but I don't think that's ok even there)
Usually people just try to improve the quantum balance or change a few cards, not the whole deck...

Plus, if you read the other replies, you will see that the elves are for CC, not mutating your own creatures.
