I had splashed in Parallel Universe during testing and noticed I could Parallel Universe my Adrenaline'd Frogs to get a Frog that also had Adrenaline, and thus I removed the Fractal, made some Quanta Balances, and voila.
This deck's only real weaknesses are an occaisional bad draw (which usually doesn't stop me from winning unless opponent is faster) and devouring creatures. I've tested it and found it effective in AI3, and PvP1. It's not that great for T50, but it works.
Strategy is simple : get one Frog adrenaline'd, Parallel Universe him a few times, and follow up with more adrenaline frogs. No frogs in hand? Use Parallel Universe on an enemy creatue with low attack instead, and give it adrenaline.
If you plan to make an upgraded version of this deck, just remember to not upgrade your frogs, or Adrenaline won't be as effective.
