Weird deck image is weird.

Anyway, 1.32 Has a lot of interesting control opportunities. Some tasty synergies in this deck:
Elite charger + 1 turn of patience is pretty incredible.
Otyugh + patience is pretty sick.
SoF + patience is meh, but not so bad with gravity force as well
SoF + overdrive is good of course.
patience + overdrive is pretty scary

The deck is not very rushy, but has a huge number of answers to a wide variety of strategies. I could see some variant of it becoming popular in PvP, which would be a good thing in my opinion.

Given that you're already buffing your creatures with shard of patience, wouldn't using a 4th charger instead of titan be better?  Usually 1 titan is superior since it hits for 8 and being a permanent is harder to deal with, but your entire strategy revolves around buffing your creatures, and titan won't benefit from that.

The other thing I'm looking at is that you're using the pendulums mostly to cast permafrost shield.  There's nothing wrong with permafrost shield, but it's costing you an awful lot of potential gravity quanta that you'd be getting if you had towers instead, since you can play everything else you have easily off of just the water mark.  I think I'd drop the permafrosts and use towers instead, and go either with another shield (gravity/tower shield) or something else from gravity, or perhaps a 2nd purify.

I like this deck, it looks cool.

I'd also remove the shields and exchange some pends with towers.
And I'd use another overdrive instead of Titan because with SoP having a total of +5 atk each turn is awesome.
You might want to consider to add two Mercenaries and a 3rd Overdrive instead of the shields and the purify to speed it up even more?

But I don't know how those changes would do, so I'll give them a try in trainer :)

Yeah, I agree with possibly getting rid of titan and permafrost shields. My main reason for permafrost shields was messing up immortal creatures, but gravity pulled SoF does that as well. I thought about gravity shield but it is very bad for this deck if it is stolen, so better to keep it out of the mix.

If anyone has a chance to test a different mix, let me know and I'll add it to the OP.

Just to let you know - I tested this deck out a little bit against the Gold and Platinum arena; in some cases, it worked wonderfully, while others it got trounced (poison, early Reverse Time/Earthquakes/Explosions, and ironically momentum or wisdom spammers bypass shields and Gravity Pull). I added a Dessication to see if it did any wonders, and unfortunately, it just seems that if you don't get enough Gravity Towers (Pendulums mess up your main source of  :gravity ), you won't be able to get your Chargers/Otyughs out fast enough to deal with the enemy's army.

Nice deck jaw. :) Gravity-Water is a cool combo, but maybe SoP will give the two better synergy now.

Glad you liked it! Yeah, it is interesting but I agree that it is ultimately too slow, since it can't outrush SoW + immortal. Streamlining can only do so much!

As soon as I saw the bonus in defence on the new SoP I thought Otyugh. I ended up with something very close to your deck:
